The short version. If you fill in the form we keep what you typed, on our own server, and read it ourselves to decide who to invite. We run no analytics and no advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent anything to anyone. If you talk to Tahuti in your browser, your audio is processed by the speech and model providers listed below. Ask us and we will delete your details.
This site is operated by Orka Labs, the maker of Tahuti. For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete your data, write to privacy@tahuti.ai.
If you ask for an invitation, we store exactly the fields you filled in: your name, your email address, which shape you are interested in, where you would run it, and what you would hand him. Nothing is pre-filled from anywhere else and nothing is inferred.
We deliberately do not store your IP address or browser user-agent with that record.
Our web server keeps ordinary access logs: the IP address the request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. These exist to keep the service running and to spot abuse. Credentials are not logged.
We set one cookie, and only if you arrived through an invitation link. It is
called tahuti_gate, it identifies your invitation so the voice demo will accept
you, and it is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax. There
are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site, so there is nothing to consent
to and no banner to dismiss.
If you press Talk to Tahuti, your microphone audio is streamed to our own server and processed so the conversation can happen. That means your speech is transcribed, the transcript is sent to a language model, and the reply is turned back into speech. We do not retain recordings of these calls.
We host the form, the leads and the media server ourselves rather than using a third-party form service — the argument this product makes about owning your own infrastructure would be hollow otherwise. The voice demo is the one place your data reaches other companies, and only while a call is happening:

Nothing from the intake form is sent to any of them. When a new enquiry arrives we may send ourselves a notification, and that notification carries only which of the two dropdown options you chose — never your name, email or anything you typed.
We do not sell, rent or share personal information for anyone else's marketing, ever. We may disclose information if the law actually requires it.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your personal data, including under the GDPR or California law. We will honour those requests regardless of where you are — one email is enough, and we will not ask you to prove anything beyond that you control the address you wrote to us from.
This is a product for adults running businesses and machines. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
If this changes we will change the date at the top. We are pre-launch and small; if something material changes for anyone who has already written to us, we will email them rather than rely on them re-reading this page.
