The short version. This site describes a product that is not generally available yet. You can read it, ask for an invitation, and try the voice demo. Nothing here is a contract to supply anything, the demo is provided as-is, and if we ever sell you an instance that will have its own written agreement.
tahuti.ai is operated by Orka Labs. It is a description of a product that is pre-launch. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not, the site is still free to read — just don't use the form or the demo.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a commitment to deliver, or a promise about a date or a price. Features described here may change or be dropped.
Invitations go out at our discretion, in small batches. Asking does not entitle you to one, and we may decline without giving a reason. An invitation link is personal to you — please do not forward it. We can revoke any invitation at any time.
Pressing Talk to Tahuti starts a real conversation with a real system. Some ground rules:
You keep ownership of anything you type or say. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — deciding whether to invite you, and running the conversation you started. You confirm you have the right to send it and that it isn't someone else's confidential information.
The site, its text, the design, the name and the software behind it belong to Orka Labs. Reading the page does not license any of it. Do not copy the site or pass it off as your own.
The site and the demo are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise the site or demo will be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or free of errors. We may change or withdraw either at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Orka Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site or the demo. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms cover the website and the demo only. Buying an instance of Tahuti, or having one answer your phone, will be covered by a separate written agreement setting out what is provided, what it costs, and who is responsible for what. Any promise about a paid product lives in that agreement, not on this page.
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means accepting the update. We may suspend or end your access to the demo or an invitation at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction — without depriving you of any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
